Gossow & Harding Construction

During my midyear break, I spent 8 days with Gossow and Harding construction on site at 38 Nettleton drive, Bantry Bay, Cape Town. I learnt a lot while being on site simply via observing the labourers and the construction process that the labourers were involved in. Therefore not always did I have to physically partake in a specific task to learn. I feel that this on site experience has given me a great advantage of understanding the construction process, the way the industry works and how on site meetings are held. I find being on site more interesting than simply reading construction in books. I also believe there are many aspects of the construction process that you cannot learn out of a book...
